Facilitate Discipleship

I have been intrigued by Matt Judkins work in creating a video based curriculum that is available online and used by small groups within the church. I think that it is a great idea. Here is one of the weekly teaching videos:

I think that Resurrection could learn from this idea to improve what we are doing in the way of equipping individuals and small groups in their discipleship. I like the simple format of the video and the handout that is available. For more information check out these posts.

I like the innovation with this project. Do you know of other faith communities that are working on similar projects to facilitate discipleship?

  1. I once used Rob Bell’s Nooma videos as small group discussions.
They were really helpful and brought about really good and memorable conversations.

  2. Thanks for linking Andrew. We’ve had a great response with this curriculum, and nearly half of our adult Sunday School classes are using it right now. Some use it occasionally, but most of our new classes are pretty much exclusively using it.
