  1. I don’t know. I’ve watched facebook and myspace pages become shrines after peers have died. There are people who died years ago whose walls are commented on weekly or more that I know of. Their page has become a digital grave marker of sorts; some are kept up by family, while others simply continue to exist as people add tags to photos and comments as if somehow trying to communicate through the text on the screen.
